First, please contact us to reserve an available week before sending in this application. Standard training sessions are Monday through Friday, but we can customize the training to your schedule by teaching you on weekends or by splitting up your days. The 5 days don't have to be contiguous. If you elect the Bite-Size Video Course, you watch the training videos at your convenience. If your instructor is travelling to you, you are agreeing to pay for your instructor's travel expenses, which will be invoiced after they’re incurred.

This Agreement is entered into with respect to the following facts and circumstances:
A. Etowah Valley Inc. dba DayTradingCourse.com ("Etowah Valley") has exposed and/or will expose Disclosee to confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets of Etowah Valley and of parties from whom Etowah Valley has created, or been licensed and/or otherwise authorized to provide products and services, including, without limitation, software, hardware, trading techniques, trading manuals, computer setup instructions, and/or other items relating to the business of Etowah Valley. Disclosee has agreed to use, and accompanying documentation, product or service capacities (collectively, "Confidential Information").
B. Etowah Valley wishes to protect its Confidential Information.
In consideration of Etowah Valley permitting Disclosee to see and work with the Confidential Information, Disclosee agrees as follows:
1. Non-Disclosure.
Disclosee acknowledges the proprietary and sensitive nature of the Confidential Information, and the importance of maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of such Confidential Information, and agrees that (i) Disclosee shall use Confidential Information in confidence, (ii) Disclosee shall not disclose any Confidential Information to anyone except in accordance with this Agreement, and (iii) Disclosee shall use best efforts to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information.
2. Limitation on Non-Disclosure.
The obligations of Disclosee, pursuant to Paragraph 1 hereof, shall not apply to any information which was publicly available or in the public domain at the time it was communicated to Disclosee by Etowah Valley.
3. Limitation on Copying.
Disclosee shall not use, copy, duplicate or otherwise reproduce all or any portion of the Confidential Information in any form or manner whatsoever, except as specifically authorized in writing by Etowah Valley.
4. Injunctive Relief.
Disclosee acknowledges that disclosure or use of the Confidential Information contrary to terms of this Agreement may cause harm to Etowah Valley that may be irreparable by money or damages and, therefore, the Etowah Valley shall have the right, in addition to any other remedies available to it, to enjoin such disclosure.
5. Return of Confidential Information.
Upon request by Etowah Valley, Disclosee shall (i) return all Confidential Information received in tangible form then in his or her possession, including copies or other reproductions containing Confidential Information, within 10 business days after such request and (ii) erase any computer memory containing such Confidential Information and certify such erasure to Etowah Valley within such 10 business day period.
6. Survival.
Disclosee's obligations of confidentiality under this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia (other than its rules relating to conflicts of law). The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Georgia and the federal courts located therein, as the exclusive venue, with respect to the adjudication of any dispute arising hereunder.
Having read the above Non-Disclosure Agreement, I agree to the above terms.
By signing below I agree to all the above, and to keep all of the course information confidential and to share it with no one else. I also agree to make no copies, or any other type of reproduction, whether printed, electronic, on-line, or in any form, of these materials, nor to allow anyone else to do so. I agree to keep the manuals and other copyrighted proprietary information in my possession and to not disseminate any of their contents  or information to anyone else, whether directly or indirectly, and understand that I can be held legally & financially responsible for violating these conditions.
I understand and agree that schedule changes are possible up to 5 weeks before my starting date and that no scheduling changes are possible within 5 weeks of my starting date unless there is a significant medical emergency or act of God that would prohibit attending. I understand that all sales are final and that there are no refunds, as my instructor has set aside 5 days of his schedule exclusively for me.

I understand that the tuition must be paid in full before training can start.  A deposit of $1000 is required to hold and confirm your training week.
